We offer full salary during the Academy, rich benefits, education and language incentives, excellent training throughout your career, and a Uniform Patrol schedule that has a 7-day break every month. Salary Information:
$33,000 during training
$37,000 after release from training plus salary incentives for language and education
DOL/VA apprenticeships available
City of Durham contributes 5% to officer 401k with no matching required
